I work in a small clinic. The pest control company we had a contract with got bought by terminix. The terminix technician showed up and said we needed to plug all the rat holes before he could do something about the rats, left and never came back. A large dirt area needed to be cemented. It takes time in my organization to get a project like that going. The rat population has exploded, we called their corporate office and still never got service. Nobody showed up, no baits were set. The only thing they do very well is to take our money and advertise on tv. We got a contract with another pest control company now, goodbye terminix, see you never. Apparently, they are as bad to their employees as they are to their customers, because most of the employees of the pest control company they bought, quit in less than a year.

Set an appointment for wasp problem (New Jersey). No technician ever showed up. Customer service could never get a hold of the branch manager to see what happened. Never heard a word from the branch manager. Called a small local company and they came out the next day and solved the problem at less cost. Never again with Terminix.

I purchase a brown recluse spider service from Terminix in Louisville, KY. I gave them one complete year for their service to take effect. After one full year of service with multiple additional service calls I have finally decided to try a competitor. The Terminix service technician said that additional spraying would likely not help the problem so it really made no sense to continue on. The spider issue not only did not get better but actually got worse both in my garage where it started and more spiders in my home. Here is some photographic evidence: Terminix has said they are sorry the spider problem did not get better, but kept 90% of the $1,315 that was spent on the service for the year.

I get billed for a service that I'm not getting. We never see the guy doing the spraying and my yard is full of mosquitoes. We've tried calling numerous times but they are always experiencing higher then usual call volumes. I called three times today. Three times I was called back,three times I was told I was being placed on a brief hold and three times I was hung up on. Not a very professional company

I agree with most people on here. When I first started with terminix they were great, but now a 1 is to good for them, I keep getting they can't find an agent available at this time and we will call you back. I never get a call back I have tried to get in touch with them for 2 weeks , I have a wasp problem in my front yard and they don't return calls and the tech gave me his number and for his direct service, that a joke his mailbox has been full for the past 2 weeks. I finally got a hold of them on Friday and they told me they couldn't get here on Saturday but that they would definitely be here on Monday. My wife and I stayed home all day waiting for them and they didn't show and NO call. Tuesday I called again and finally someone called me back and I told them, you guys have lied to me and that I waited all day Monday and they didn't show or call so I told them to cancel all my contracts with them after 17 years with them !!! HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS ? !!!

Great extermination services, however we had a technician forge my name on a service bill and I got billed for it. Guess what? He had never serviced our property. The local manager said that they have very hectic schedules and have to meet many service deadlines and that they could service my company...it was already the following month. How can you trust people or a company that forge your name on a service order for services they didn't even provide.

Excellent service. Operator Richard arrived on time efficiently and quickly dealt with my problem - several wasp nests. He fully explained the process and the effects on the wasps and gave me advice on how treat the nests in the next few hours. A brilliant service would highly recommend the company

I would not even give 1 star if I had the choice. We got the 3 times service package, 2 times it went fine, but the third time, they didn't call for appointment and showed up early in the morning claiming it's service time. I told them that we didn't make an appointment and its not possible that day. THEY SHOWED UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND CLAIMED THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE. I called them 2-3 weeks later complaining about the incident and they apologized and told me they would come on July 16, 2021. they never showed up. Now I just called them and they said they have already provided 3 services, which is totally not true, I only got 2 services. I didn't get my refund or got any service as they mentioned. they are a fraud company.
