Our return policy does state that the return window begins upon delivery, not the date of gifting, and we understand how this can be especially frustrating for holiday presents. We also know it’s disappointing when a product doesn’t work as expected—Tenikle’s suction cups are designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, but sometimes conditions or surface texture can affect performance.
