Aside from some very long, drawn out customer service issues, I love the products a lot and they’ve always come through with replacements when something breaks. Product is 10/10 Service, while spotty sometimes, 7/10

The arms are sturdy. Got to use some muscle to get them to bend and you have to get it straight to use suction cups. The suction cups are only good if you use at least 2 arms if not they will come off. Im just using it at a tripod currently thats it. The phone adapter could be studier as they feel flimsy when opening and closing. Overall good product

One Tenikle was missing the screws, which prompted me to go to the hardware store and have the proprietor tool down two screws that fit. Other than that, the Tenikle I kept for myself and shared with family members have been a HIT!
