Very bizarre experience!! Ordered a mattress topper on Nov. 5...still waiting! I've contacted customer service three times with promises made each time that this has been escalated to management and expedited to ship asap...still no topper! I feel like I'm dealing with some sort of scam from a disreputable company! I thought Tempur-Pedic was the best of the best...now I know they are the worst of the worst!
UPDATE: After contacting customer service TEN times, I finally cancelled by order and ordered a Casper mattress, which I received in less than a week during this busy holiday season and LOVE by the way. Tempur-Pedic had already charged my card, and still have not refunded my money! Contacting this unethical company once again...

Still waiting for my order to be…
Still waiting for my order to be shipped! It never left the warehouse. Customer service is awful! Repeat phone calls for info as to why topper has not arrived at UPS met with mundane responses such as an email has been sent to the company informing them of your phone call. Paid for in advance. Never again

Expensive but inferior product
Foam mattresses are a dime a dozen, and the Tempur-Pedic is not exception. Do not waste your hard earned money that comes with a completely useless warranty that is riddled with exclusions. They use their well developed brand name to earn sales but their products are complete garbage. My mattress did not retain its shape for more than 3 years and sagged so bad I had to throw it way because of how uncomfortable it became. Their pillows are also too high and will cause debilitating neck pain over years of use. Get a good Sealy Posturepedic for yourself with a high coil count.

Terrible customer experience when trying to get a refund.
Their website claimed their headboard kit was 'universal' for their beds, but it was not compatible with my adjustable bed. I got authorization to return the kit (which apparently I didn't even need to do), which they had received 3 weeks ago. The return has YET to be processed. I've now been waiting a month for a refund that should've taken 3 days. Horrible.

Straight liars!
Straight liars!! They’ll fool you with their words!! I needed king size pillows, but large aren’t apparently them...no queen or twin or anything like that said, just large!! I tried to return them, not only was the customer service chick super rude!! And actually tried to make me feel stupid...when I asked for a manager she said he won’t do anything either...the pillows were never taken out of the box or the plastic!! I dislike this company not only for the customer service but also the tricky words and descriptions they use!! So glad there’s purple!!

Poor customer service
Price dropped by $200 on a mattress I ordered a couple days after ordering. Asked to cancel order so I could reorder and they told me they’d charge $175 return fee. I was under the impression that I had 90 days to try out the mattress anyway and return if I wasn’t satisfied.. I guess the fee was in the very fine print, because I sure didn’t see it. Poor customer service.

Dissatisfied Customer
This is a review of tempurpedic.com and their delivery company, XPO. I ordered our pro-adapt mattress with the ergo 2.0 adjustable base online on Dec 11th. I was contacted by the delivery company XPO and a delivery was scheduled for Jan 9th between 930a and 1130a. At about 1030a on the 9th I was contacted by XPO informing me that they would be unable to complete the delivery due to the size of their truck and the size of our road. Delivery was rescheduled for Jan 11th. (Note: On the 9th prior to our delivery window, we moved our old mattress and box spring outside in order to do a thorough cleaning under our bed). Jan 11th came and went with no contact whatsoever from XPO. When we finally got in contact with XPO that following week, they had no explanation for the no show on the 11th. We rescheduled our delivery for Jan 18th between 930a and 1130a. I received a call on Jan 18th around 1030a from XPO informing me that they lost one of my items and thus wouldn't be able to deliver our mattress. I was upset because this is now the third time rescheduling our delivery, plus my father was waiting with me during the delivery time as I didn't feel comfortable having multiple men in my house with myself being the only female (my husband was working), so now they were wasting his time as well as mine. I expressed my frustration and was assured that I would receive a call from the XPO management team by the end of the day. I never received a call. I then contacted tempurpedic end of day on Jan 18th and informed them of the situation. I know that they're the middle man in this situation, but XPO is also the third party vendor that they chose. I spoke with Christine who was very good at customer service and filed a ticket which was supposed to have a home delivery specialist assigned to my order. She informed me that their job was to then hand hold the entire delivery process to avoid all future problems. Apparently, either the ticket got lost or was never filed. The next week I received an email from XPO to schedule my delivery, which they require me to call them (their system never allowed me to schedule online). I called them, asked about the missing item that they lost (which is why they couldn't deliver it the last time) and was informed that they had all items and can schedule the delivery. The delivery was then scheduled for Jan 23rd between 930a and 1130a. Around 1145a my husband attempted to get a hold of XPO with no luck (he had an obligation later that day and needed to leave the house by 1p). I received a call at 1230p from the XPO driver who informed me that first, he would be there in 1 hour (130p), second that he was in a big truck (remember, this is why they couldn't deliver the first time) and third, that he only had 2 out of 3 pieces that he should have. WTH!!!??? Right after getting off the phone with XPO, I called tempurpedic. I spoke to Shannon who was also very good at customer service. She filed what she called a code red. She said that was the highest priority escalation that they have and that I would receive a call from the escalation team within 4 hours. I never received a call. I never received ANY calls from ANYONE at tempurpedic. I had to call and cancel my order on Jan 25th because I doubted that I would ever receive the bed. We've now been sleeping on our spare bedroom mattress, which is not a great mattress, for the last 3 weeks waiting for this delivery. Both myself and my husband are working professionals. If we would have rescheduled and the bed were to be delivered, we would have spent 5 days waiting for this bed. Who is going to compensate us for this wasted time? What about the inconvenience of having to sleep on our spare mattress, which luckily we have? It seems that tempurpedic doesn't care about the experience of actually receiving their mattress, and XPO is an extremely disorganized company that can't handle actually delivering goods to customers.

The mattress is old fashioned and out…
The mattress is old fashioned and out of date. The company logo is sexist and exploits women by showing a naked woman on it. Why not show a naked man? There are much better mattresses on the market, for a better price. TP sags after a while and you end up sleeping in a gully.
