I would give zero stars if I could. In-store staff is great but I have never had such terrible customer service in my entire life. I do not normally write reviews but...I am absolutely shocked by my experience. Absolutely no communication regarding my order, on hold for multiple hours just for someone to tell me they have no information on my order ever being placed (I paid in full three weeks ago) and to top it off I received information from both temper-pedic and the delivery company with all the personal information (phone number, and address) of another customer! Save yourself the time and money and go with Casper or any other brand. I am very disappointed and will never purchase with them again.

I Bought 2 pillows (almost $200 each), both were terrible, and I can't return them. Their website is intentionally deceptive about returning items other than mattresses. For example, the site says, "90-Night Trial - Our risk-free - online promise." Nothing about mattresses vs. pillows unless you click through, and that text + icon doesn't look clickable. The service representative I spoke with somewhat rudely said that I "was free to donate the pillows or give them to a friend." I've lost nearly $400. Very disappointed - I've used Tempur Pedic products for over a decade, and they've just lost a customer.

Purchased two neck pillows. open and tried one it was uncomfortable and woke up with stiff neck. I called to ask about returns of pillows they told me there were personal items and there were no returns. I accepted the fact that I just wasted money on something I will never use. The customer service rep told me he was going to transfer me to a customer service center and they may be able to exchange for another product. I waiting on the line over an hour for someone to pick up but nobody did and I had to return to my job. I went online to chat and was told there are no returns on personal items. I tried to explain the situation but there was nothing they were willing to do. I wonder if tempurpedic realizes how many people will just do as I have done and not do business with them.

Disgusting!!! UGH!!! I have been on the phone almost DAILY for HOURS!! I had places a refund in august and they had taken my bed, BUT I have been bounced from several different customer representatives and so far NONE have helped me. I hav been bounced from calling the bank to the tempurpedic company, and no one has helped. It’s been a month now and im still calling back and forth with no help.

Had the bed 2 years broke twice. Took tempur pedic hour to call back i sent it to call back at 50 minutes. I had everything but the person was unhinged about something no matter what i said she went off on how busy they were and hung up on me. So no matter what they say there is no warrenty.

Listen do not ever buy a Tempur mattress. They will destroy your posture aching shoulders bad back crook neck. Sound familiar. So many people I know have actually thrown theirs away because Tempur just don’t give a Sxxx. Stay away from these Charlatans

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I m not sure if a customer service representative is a robot, but he/she certainly sounded like one. Horrible policies, horrible customer care and all in all, I m done with them.

Hi My name is Bainy Thomas, I want talk about my recent experience with Trmpuropedic, very stressful. Never imagine it was going to be such stressful, I ordered Tempuropedic Matress online. They delivered my mattress on January 5, but that delivery was awful. The delivery persons drag the mattress through the floor and got a dirty mattress and they could not go up on my second floor so they left the mattress on my living room floor!!! Reaching the cystomer service was the worse thing, had to be on the phone for 1 to 2 hrs!!! Someway I had contacted the customer care and they give me a return ticket. The delivery people took the mattress from my home in January 26/2021. I have proof for everything. But the problem is they never refund my money for the mattress. I am contacting wells frago which is the financial bank and they are telling me that they have no information from the Tempuropedic. They are keep on sending me the bill. I have to file a dispute with the bank account and till this date no refund from Tempuropedic. What a stressful situation. Like I said it is a mission to contact the customer service through the phone. Even though I contacted them through the live chat but nobody can explain me what is going on!!!! How irresponsible!!! With this difficult situation I have this problem to solve. I want to know if anybody have such experience with Tempuropedic and if anybody can suggest what should I do next... because Tempuropedic is not giving me an answer!! ? I don’t know what to do??? It is been almost 5 months now!!!!
