I bought the protector from Fry's about 5 years back. Protector's inner plastic portion ripped apart on one side. Contacted them and they said since you bought it from Fry's we can't honor the warranty of 10 years. I would say, anyone who thinks of buying a mattress or a protector from Tempur, think twice because they will provide any excuse to not honor the 10-year warranty. Ridiculous customer service. I will never buy anything from Tempur-pedic in the future ever again. I love the mattress I have and the protector, but if they are going to provide an horrible customer service, don't expect me to buy anything from you ever again. Only reason I bought an expensive mattress and protector is mainly because of 10-year warranty. If you can't honor that stop falsely advertising it.

6 year old mattress has 2 major cracks / tears through 2 layers of foam. Warranty claim denied due to "Significant Stains". This is not true. The mattress coloring is almost uniformly identical to brand new, and other than maybe slight discoloration (slight greying) on the white mattress cover, there is almost none on the mattress itself as seen in the submitted photos. And certainly nothing even close to what would cause 2 foot long tears through at least 2 layers of foam.

How can a company promote 'first in customer service on their phone line' when the service is the WORST I have experienced - I bought a pillow from Mattress Firm, got a different one than the one I ordered, MF asked me to deal with Tempur Pedic directly saying they have great customer service. TP said can't do anything, sorry, no returns, exchanges, no options, nothing and complete lack of empathy - I spent $250 for something I did not want and can't resolve. Then they are surprised everyone is shopping on Amazon - I am utterly disappointed how a company can be so bad. NO more business from me EVER.

Poor quality of tempur pedic mattress and sleep tracker. Sleep tracker bed gives false readings. Customer service is poor. I had problem for 3 years and company can't help even though I paid 8000$ for sleep tracker bed. No one knows what to do to solve problems. I was told that they have a problem with the sleep tracker analysis but problem still persists. No fix as yet...I've been waiting for years. This is not right. False advertisement abut effectiveness of sleep tracker bed. It's all false. Shame on tempur pedic Company. No help to custo.ers. I will never buy your product again. Poor service..return my thousands. Why can't you correct my problem after all these calls and years. Customer service promises but don't deliver. Shame on your company.

Bought several top of the line tempurs - Awful mattresses and even worse customer service. Customer service came out, spent 20 mins lying on my mattress with their shoes on. Agreed that there was definitely a problem. Weeks later they posted a review saying that there was nothing wrong with the mattress. It’s not even close. The mattress is clearly made of defective or cheap materials.

Don’t buy from them. Very expensive bed and had to replace after a few years because the memory foam sank in terms of inches measurement. We tried to repurpose the material for outdoor cushion. upon cutting it we discovered there were 3 layer of materials glued together. Only 2 inches of the memory foam was good quality while the other were cheaply made. No wonder the bed only lasted a few year and kept sinking daily thus causing major back pain. Next time I purchase any memory foam bed, I will check to see if the material are glued together

We bought pillows which gave me neck pain. I tried to return because of the pain, but tempurpedic said no return for pillow. it is not clearly said on their site. Pillow is as important as mattress for sleep, if you can't try you shouldn't but them. Don't buy pillow from this company.

The Tempurpedic Neck Pillow has caused SEVERE NERVE DAMAGE AND PAIN from it's terribly flawed design! I purchased it because their old version was my favorite, but it's no longer available. I unfortunately chose this new model to replace my old one and it's literally THE WORST PURCHASE THAT I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE! I now have permanent damage to my neck and shoulders and they have the nerve to refuse my request for refund under the warranty, even though the defective product is clearly cracked and falls under their terms of warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pain. Their products are all worthless now and lack the quality they had in the past. It's very sad that this piece of garbage even made it onto the market!
