What a crappy company that deceived my wife and I when we were looking for a firm mattress. One year after purchasing the “firm” mattress it became very soft. We thought we were covered because we also purchased a 10 years warranty. When we opened a case with Tempur Pedic they stared referring to a policy requiring us to send pictures with a broom stick on top of the mattress. No matter how hard we tried, the pictures were not good enough. We stated that the mattress was causing us back pain and health issues. Tempur Pedic didn’t care. We requested that they send a technician to our home to verify our problem with the mattress and they rejected the request. This company never said anything about these requirements at the time of purchasing.

My wife and I bought a King sized Pro Adapt Medium Tempur Pedic bed 2.5 years ago. The bed was rock hard at first and we were ok with it as the sale rep informed us that the bed would adapt to us over time. Based on the explanation of the bed's technology, that made sense. The break in period took about a month. We had tolerable sleep with this mattress for some time but never the best of pleasure as it was hard to rotate on this bed and felt as though the bed literally enveloped you and had arms to hold you in place. Unfortunately, this $4000 investment has not been worthy as the bed slumps, my wife and I both wake up with lower back pain and customer support has been less than stellar. First, they only communicate via email. They give determinations with no explanation. Ultimately, we have had the bed for less than 3 years and should have better quality in the product and a more empathetic, customer centric customer support team. Please do not waste your money on these mattresses or a company that fails to do all possible to maintain the reasonable satisfaction of their customers.

Avoid this company. I've had two mattresses with the same issue, and they refuse to honor their warranty. They are not a reputable company.

We've been trying for over 5 weeks to get the proper pillows from our LMS order. Tempurpedic will not help at all.

Worst mattress I’ve ever purchased. You’re better off sleeping in a tent in the woods or on a yoga mat. The quality is beyond garbage. The one we received was slanted/ lopsided. Filed four warranty claims so far and they continue to deny, keep asking us to send “additional” pics ( sent 30 thus far). They stonewall un-satisfied customers hoping they go away.

Had this mattress for about 5 to 6 years when we started to see issues with it. I reached out because there was a slant/sag on the left side of the mattress, and it was pretty significant. I turned in the photos like they asked, and they just kept asking for more and more. They basically asked so much that I stopped submitting. Fast forward a year, and the mattress got worse. This time I went back through their warranty process prepared. I have submitted over 20 pictures, and they keep stringing me on, asking for more or saying I didn't do it right. The pictures are obvious, but nope, they still want more. I have lost all faith in tempur-pedic at this point. Their warranty is a sham/scam, and they will just drag you along until you quit. My recommendation is if you want to purchase this mattress, just know the warranty is garbage, and it will fail on you. I only wish they would allow me to upload my photos so you can all see them.

Bought a set of pillows from them. Worst pillows ever. Advertised as firm but hard as rock. They won't take it back saying no return policy on their item. They're going straight to trash. What a waste of my money! Save yourself a trouble and do no buy from them.

Tempur adapt topper is NOT 3 inches, even after letting it inflate fully, it is only 2.5 inches. SCAM
