Telnyx needs to update its API integration documentation. It's very complicated for developers to understand. Additionally, when I attempt to verify, there is no option for the country name Pakistan listed. Is there a reason you do not provide services in Pakistan? It’s frustrating. We are currently using Telnyx with a USA VPN. I think they actually want people not to use their services. And please provide free trail of $10 so we buy and test your platform.

When we set up our initial account, the process was smooth and the system was up and running quickly. However, we have since experienced multiple issues with our calls. Unfortunately, their support team has been very unresponsive — one problem took over four weeks without resolution, and now we’re facing another issue that has remained unresolved for two weeks. In the meantime, we’ve lost a customer who moved to another provider due to these ongoing issues.

Created account, entered all info, verified email and phone number. Then when I went to add funds, account got blocked for suspicious activity. What a way to do business - do they not want to get paid? stupid company waste of time.

The team was kind enough to a newbie like me to navigate the platform and get started easily. On potential improvement that the team should take into account is to improve the technical documentation

Our company relies on Telnyx for a SIP trunk service and it their system has failed twice in the past month. We are currently without a fully functional trunk that is super critical for our operations. We are now into day 2. The support has been shocking, possibly the worst we have ever experienced. Chat support on the highest priority keeps you waiting for hours, then does minimal if anything to sort the issue out, say its being looked into but in reality it seems nothing was done. Then come hours of no response, then eventually an entire day of no response. Chasing up with emails to support and nothing. Phoning the company at the end of day 2 and they say we will escalate it but still nothing. Why did it need escalating - was nobody doing anything anyway? The first time this happened, chat support didn't even know or understand what was going on and it took ages to get things actually actioned. We thought that was bad. But second time around its literally insane. The cost and reputation to our company is what is at stake and they literally don't care. No managers to talk to and its so unprofessional. Update: Day 3 - still no fix. One of our staff received an update but essentially their own underlying carrier has not done anything. Being honest and saying this would have actually been better than saying 'we are working on it' when you can't. So if your sub carrier isn't doing anything - call them and say what is going on. Surely Telnyx isn't so unimportant and small that nobody cares? Update: Day 4 - Still no progress. (In response to Telnyx reply - I asked our director what the ticket number is and they gave me this number : 2178161 for you to investigate.) Update: Day 6 - It seems the service has improved on initial testing and waiting this length of time is something that really needs consideration. [Second update of the day.. it appears inbound calls are failing after exactly 29 seconds on some numbers] Telnyx needs to improve its responses to clients initially via chat. If chat agents don't know what is going on they should have a better route to escalating issues and providing faster responses. Email support tickets that are ongoing with usage impacting faults should be updated at least once a day even if there is no progress. Give truthful updates, don't delay or side step if you can't solve the issue. Also if your UK carrier partner is proving to be unresponsive and slow they are ruining your business and ours. So make a change. Your company has a lot to offer and this type of thing just ruins everything. Update: Day 8 - Well 2 days ago i tried to follow up via chat support as I have still not received anything via email or any other way. I got "Luis - 2d ago Hey there, We're currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, which may cause some delays in our responses. Our team is working hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. Let us know how we can help, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! Thanks for your understanding!" At least I try to follow up and I don't know how much longer I can continue to update these reports..

It’s one of those little things that shows they actually care about the developer experience. Are they perfect? Not quite. Weekend support in a pinch can be slow, and we’ve run into moments where SMS activation post-porting takes a little longer than ideal. But when we loop in our rep, things get taken care of fast. That kind of backup means everything. Porting is also one of their strong suits. Clean LOA generation, transparent timelines, and solid processes throughout. It’s not flashy, but it’s efficient, and that’s what matters. All in all, Telnyx has become our go-to. They’re thoughtful where others are clunky, and supportive where others are silent. Easily one of the best vendor decisions we’ve made.

It is an easy-to-use platform that integrates well with our services. Their support is phenomenal, and the cost isn't bad.
