TelMDFirst is a wonderful service! You can obtain urgent medical advice, appointments 24/7 and prescriptions in cases where telemedicine is enough for the diagnosis. I recently had a guest with a UTI, her self-tests results were positive but it was a Sunday after 8 PM so all urgent care places were closed and the emergency room seemed like an overkill. My friend had fever, pain and all the classic symptoms; all she needed was the proper medication. We filled out the questionnaires, provided all the necessary information and this service came to the rescue. They very quickly asked additional questions and sent a prescription to our pharmacy close by. The medication was exactly the appropriate one, I picked it up when the pharmacy opened on Monday and my friend started her recovery immediately. She recovered totally with the course of antibiotics prescribed. TelMDFirst was very helpful, efficient and not expensive at all. And unlike other telemedicine sites a subscription was not required.
