Quick response and it made it very easy to get the care that I needed.

(1) They listen attentively for customers concern. (2) They follow up with calls (3) Its a legitimate company. And finally know what they're up to.

To be honest, I was dubious about using this kind of service, but we were traveling in small-town Alaska on a holiday weekend and out of options. The doctor I spoke to seemed knowledgeable (checked on the effects of medication I was taking, asked pertinent questions, etc.) and sent the prescriptions to a pharmacy about 50 miles away. All went quite smoothly. I would not hesitate to use TelMedFirst again.

From the receptionist to the doctor I couldn't ask for a great experience. They were prompt with getting back to me and they listened to me and took action.
