This was a terrible experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The advertising says it connects you with a physician. Instead, I'm sure I got AI response texts because clearly they did not respond correctly. When I called the operator three times because I got no responses after 2 1/2 hours, I could not understand their English. I ended up requesting a refund after I provided my credit card information and personal health information online. On the third call, I was told there was no provider available. My call was blood pressure related and this could have been a huge medical liability for the company. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

This is a scam. They took myoney n then kept me waiting all night until finally they said to go to the pharmacy which I did but no prescription was called in . I called them back and they kept making excuses why it has not been called in . Ive been waiting 4 hours n all I keep getting is lies and blocked calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A TIAL SCAM JUST KIKE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE TOTAL SCAMS

I paid 79.95 for doctors appointment and to get meds however I kept on getting the run around and got no assistance. I paid a fee for services not rendered. I reached out several times requesting a refund however they kept on going back and forth with me . Very unethical behavior.

I bought the yearly $189.00 to cover my family. It’s charged me for my wife. We both are sick & I was charged 189.00 & 79.00

There 24/7 customer service line doesn't answer prescription in minutes nope been 2 hours no response no prescription its just for a gout flare up wont be back , can't even respond to texts e mail or there customer service line

Have kidney stone. Asked for something to help with pain to keep me out of ER until my appointment in four weeks with urologist. Was given an antibiotic. Total waste of time and money.
