Have not needed/used TelMDfirst in over a year so they had to update information which they did quickly- took down the information issues- explained that a call back would be made within an hour or so. Call back was made within 45 minutes. Both parties were extremely helpful and very friendly. Prescriptions were called in immediately to pharmacy.. highly recommend

I was very sick, tested positive for Covid, and absolutely miserable at 3:30 am. The thought of getting myself into my car with a high fever and 22 degrees outside was too difficult. I got it very quickly and the nurse practitioner asked a lot of good questions, diagnosed me and prescribed drugs sent to my neighborhood pharmacy. On the mend! This is a great service. I signed up for a year.
