The drs. Always get back to you fast and tge care is very good. They make sure your doing well and everyone is very sincere and treats you nice. They listen to your concerns and make sure you are satisfied. I've been using them for 5 yrs and would never think twice to get a y other care. I highly recommend this on line drs telacare. I've had 2 before I found this one. The two I had didn't care or follow up. The service was just about them getting paid rather you were happy with the service or not. It's very different here. After trying to get a walk in appointment at my doctors office. Friday morning only to find out they couldn't see me until Monday. Which is not going to work for me. I was experiencing very bad back pain. To the right side of my flank area. I'm assuming this is a kidney infection. Since I have experienced this problem before. And if anyone knows what a kidney infection feels like. It's very excruciating pain, intolerable. So I reached out to TelMed, online. After feeling out all of my details. And symptoms they were able to help me. They responded to my questions and concerns immediately. They passed my information on to a medical provider. And with in a hour or 2. They notified me that the doctor has approved me. For some antibiotics and that they would be sent to the pharmacy of my choice. I was so excited and grateful at the same time. This is not a pain that you want to deal with. I give TelMed a 5 star review.
