I have used this service several times and they are always thorough, very prompt, professional and caring. There are never any delays and hand-offs to other customer service representatives. The doctor calls after to check on you and they send texts letting you know timing and if medication is needed. If you need medication, it is called in quickly. I VERY happy with this service. I am now a customer for life. I’m happy to pay the yearly “fee” to belong. Insurance (even Medicare) doesn’t cover it because they are actually healing you, can’t have that. I can’t say enough about the doctors and customer service representatives.

We are on vacation and couldn't find an urgent care that was open on Sunday. I am so grateful to you for saving our vacation. It's a relief to know I can rely on TelMD when I'm away from home. My usual First Care office was too busy to get in, so I tried virtual care. After filling out some information on my condition online, I got my phone visit and drugs prescribed within an hour! Such a relief! Will use again.

I recently lost my health insurance and was out of town with a cracked tooth that was getting infected and no time to go to the er. I found Telmdfirst and it was heaven sent. I woke up on Saturday morning, experiencing the same flu symptoms that my husband had been experiencing the day before.
