Good except I was told that my RX would be sent to pharmacy in couple hours. It was four hours later.

Lately they have been quick to reply. And even though they sent me the test results for blood work they requested I would them to explain it to me to assure me that I'm getting the correct dosage & they would be a 5 star company

Ok, so I just used this service filled out all the question. Was told I would receive a call within 2 hours. I put on the questionnaire that I didn't need to speak with doctor just needed a prescription for my ailment. I knew before hand. Then I started reading all of these reviews about waiting days for a response then I panicked and thought I just got scammed and was going to call back , but right before the 2nd hour like 1 hour 53 min later I received a text saying my prescription was filled to the pharmacy I requested. I picked it up an everything was fine. So, it worked for what I needed it for. Hope this helps someone!

Very patient and helpful

I finally got the meds i need. This took longer than i thought it would, several days in fact, but the price for the service was quite reasonable. The only other concern was that the prescription for the antibiotics is only for ten days and that has not been long enough in the past. But, they prescribed two creams to go with them, so hopefully that will work. The people i talked to were helpful, even if the process took longer thsn expected. There were slso two sources of text messages from them, which i found s bit odd, but eventually it all worked out. Thsnk you!

Overall good experience but would have appreciated an update between initial contacts and final text 8 hrs later informing me prescription sent to my pharmacy. Really thought I might have been scammed when no response received to inquiry about status of my case. Otherwise, will definitely consider using your services in the future.

Service is easy to use. There is a brief questionnaire prior to submitting the request for the consultation. I was called back in about a half hour, and a medical assistant had me confirm what I had previously submitted - a bit annoying, but possibly necessary. I was asked if I had previously been treated for this, and what medication I have been given. Unfortunately, I was not prescribed that antibiotic, which I prefer because it’s once a day, but something equivalent that is 4 times a day. There was prompt communication via text. Otherwise, I was very happy with the whole experience.

I didn't need to travel to see a doctor for a UTI and was able to get appropriate meds
