Ease of access, timeliness of response general courtesy

I was feeling really bad in the morning of the 31st and I was running a fever of 99.8. The doc on line thought I had a UTI and needed some meds to get things cleared up. They phoned in a prescription to a nearby drug store. Once I started the medicine, I felt much better.

I have used them a couple of times & will continue to do so. I had a bad UTI which I usually get once a year. TelMed always takes care of me within a couple of hours by sending in my prescription. This means a lot when you cannot see your doctor and you know you could get much worse quick. Thank you!

Highly recommend them. I had ran into a bind of needing refills on my meds and could not get into my Dr. after a few minutes of communication my new scripts were sent to my pharmacy.

TelMDFirst met all my needs and expectations with no problems. The service provided was an excellent value and I will definitely use again if need arises. In my case, I was able to complete my request easily and quickly solely through the online process. A response was promised within 90 minutes, but within 60 minutes I received notification that the needed medication order had been sent to my local pharmacy. I previously had this same condition successfully treated by an urgent care doctor who retired. TelMDFirst provided prescriptions for the exact same medications and I am recovering and relieved. Their service is very much appreciated and highly recommend.

I've had excellent luck with TelMDFirst... For $190 per year, their service is everything I need. Understand what you're getting though- it's very basic. I use them solely for basic prescription refills. It's simple, contact customer service, schedule a provider visit, a couple emails back and forth and your script it as the pharmacy. No games, it just works [for me]. I have not had to ask for anything more complicated [yet]. Today, I had a snag will billing and got in a place where I was double billed. I called customer service, was in the hold queue for about 3 minutes and a rep came one but was promptly disconnected. I called right back and that same rep answered the call- no hold queue. Impressive. My refund was sorted in a matter of minutes and my script order was placed. Again, their service is basic and primitive but that's exactly what I need and want and please note that I am a verified reviewer here on TP!
