Horrible
I paid the fee and ask for paxlovid for Covid. I sent the positive test results and my consent form. Still waiting. I called again and no help. This is a scam and under no circumstances should anyone use this fraudulent site.

I have been dealing with these folks for a year.First I just did a one time pay. I have spent four days this week trying to get a thyroid medication refilled (been taking it for over 35 years). Their website (front page) just wants you to pay and will NOT let you request service or Login. I paid last year (November) for a years service (and they made it re-occurring with OUT my approval). I have now spent four days trying to get this refill with NO results. They have NO real doctors, only Nurse practitioners, which are in NO way as well trained or knowledgeable. I've gotten about 5 months of service on a One year charge. Now, I will have to find a service that is reliable, which this one is definitely NOT. They operate out the Chicago area. Had I known that initially, I would NOT have used them. Their operation is ALL about making money, NOT helping people.

Very unsatisfactory experience with this company. Nearly 15 hours after talking to a doctor for an assessment on a line that was noisy and often cut out, I'm still waiting for confirmation of a prescription being sent. Called 2.5 hours ago to be told the provider would be in shortly and I'm "first in the queue", called again 10 minutes ago to be told the provider will "be in shortly" again. Should have just gone to an urgent care center.

They lie. That's all they do. I paid $80 for urgent care, and they called to ask for a picture of the prescription and the name of the pharmacy. We gave the pharmacy name and said they close in 70 minutes, and they would have to call now. They said they would and then they would call us back. They did not call the pharmacy, and they did not call us back. They said that they finally got around to calling, but the pharmacy was closed. They said the first thing this morning they would call the pharmacy. They did not call the pharmacy. They did not answer the online chat. I called them and they said 'we're waiting for you to tell us the name of your pharmacy', and they lied again. They didn't call them. They said they'd call me back, and they lied again. I call the pharmacy, and the pharmacy called telmdfirst, but there's still nothing 24 hours later. There's no urgent care visit, there's no appointment, there's no doctor, there's no medication, and there's a liar and thief there at telmdfirst. They say they have a 100% money back guarantee, but they just put people on hold forever or hang up on them. I'm going to contest the credit card payment.
