Tried, over and over again to get a prescription filled. First time they said they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I've been waiting 2 days for them to respond to my message about the correct pharmacy. Still waiting.

Complete scam. Needed prescriptions. After a week and numerous phone calls was told they cannot prescribe what I need, which were only blood thinners and blood pressure medications. Do not sign up for this!

Telemdfirst is extremely unresponsive. It takes them days to respond to inquiries. It has been a week and they have not sent my BP prescriptions to Walgreens. Telemdfirst now claims they sent the prescriptions, but Walgreens never received it.

I paid $79 and said that they will call within 2hrs and almost 5 hours later never received any calls. Not happy at all!! I have a proof of receipt and I don't know where to send it.

I never received my medication while in vacation. Took them ALL day to respond! Then sent it to my home pharmacy at the end if today, while I’m in Florida!! What a joke!

WARNING ⛔️… They do absolutely nothing for you. They do not prescribe medication. They tell you that without a physical exam they can’t do anything. Then tell you to just go to your doctor or local emergency room. Do NOT waste your time or money! This is straight robbery!!!!!!!!!!!

I only got a text on what medication was being prescribed but never got a diagnosis. I needed this info to pass on to my son’s football coach and called several times only to be told they would text me. Still nothing after the 3rd call.

Called over 24 hours ago to get antibiotics for a very painful symptom in having. They assured me that it would be reviewed and sent to the pharmacy within an hour. Still waiting for it to be called in to the pharmacy. I would not recommend this company to anyone in quick need of pain relief
