It was a quick appointment since we knew the medicine I needed. A little delay contacting the pharmacy but they figured it out. Better than going to a doctors office for a minor issue.

Great experience, have used them several times and never had an issue. Always fast and very helpful and the best part is you don't have to leave your home when you're feeling bad. Thank you sooo much I really appreciate it!

Easy to deal with

I’m traveling and my healthcare is not available in the area I’m at. I asked them to call me, but they did. I was happy that they ordered antibiotics but they also prescribed a med I had from over the counter. I really wanted to speak with the doctor as I’m running a fever and just wanted to make sure I didn’t need to get back home. The local pharmacist was super helpful. But again they never called me to talk to me.

It was very convenient. It was a holiday weekend and I had a condition; gout, that I'd experienced before, and had been successfully treated for. I wanted relief, but I did not want to wait to see a family physician the following week and I did not want to waste time waiting around in an urgent care facility, possibly catching someone's communicable disease in the process. This was quick, easy, and I did not have to answer a bunch of unnecessary questions. The response was prompt, and I had a prescription filled within a few hours. I hold one star back because I wish they would have accepted my insurance. It wasn't presented as an option. Nonetheless, it was not overly expensive either. I recommend this service.
