No dr ever called me they just sent prescriptions and the wait time is at least 10 hours not 2 hours as advertised….they said they gave me a refund for first visit because dr never called then I had to pay them again to pick up the prescription and reauthorize the monthly service. BEWARE! They sell your data and information to 3rd parties I have been getting numerous spam calls daily that started right after signing up. Im now getting insurance and timeshare calls and some numbers are disconnected when you call back and I never had this problem prior to the day of giving them my information. They also called in the wrong medication at first because no doctor even calls you even when you requested a call. Sketchy but if you have no alternative then it still gets the job done although much later than they advertise and not always with accuracy.

Don't waste your time. This company is super frustrating to deal with. Filled out the form after about 5 hours I contacted them and they called, which was nice. The guy on the other end was very obviously not a doctor. He asked me to send a screen a shot of the tear results. Sent them, got no confirmation of receipt and haven't heard anything back. If fast, reliable, and competent are what you're looking for, look elsewhere.

According to the web page I was paying $79 for a one time visit to talk to Dr. Instead I spoke with a "Nurse"/ operator who was EXTREMELY hard to understand. I kept having to ask her to repeat herself. I did get an antibiotic as requested which is why I give them 2 stars. Too much $ to not actually talk to a Dr.
