Paid at 10:48 AM for virtual doctor visit. Called around 2:30 and they said a prescription was being sent. I asked what for because I spoke to no one. The guy asked a few questions and acted like a doctor. They are well trained but I think it’s just a gimmick website. If not a gimmick they just plan old suck. If they send something now I don’t and won’t get it. I paid for a virtual appt within 60 minutes. Don’t need a phone receptionist to send me a prescription.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! English is barely understood. Very difficult to communicate. We are still waiting 4 HOURS after our initial call. Their website advertises 2 hours...lies...

I Subscribed and pay for a moth i described ny needs and yry calling sending messages also emails ,disappointed ! Is not legit dont waste your time your money . and you thrust for these people

One star is too good. I called at 9:30 am set up an account and paid. The person I spoke to had a thick accent and was very difficult to understand. I believe she said I would be contacted within an hour. I was not. I called several times throughout the day and each time she said they're working on it we'll contact you within an hour. Finally after more than 12 hours I just asked for my money back. She said they would be able to help me first thing in the morning. I didn't believe her, so I said just give me a refund and I'll go to zoomcare. To their credit they did refund me but I would have preferred to get the medical care I needed rather than waste a whole day for nothing. I called Zoomcare this morning and within an hour had a virtual visit and got the antiviral prescription I was after. Zoomcare was 5 star service.

If there was a -20 I would give it instead of a 1. Totally pathetic and I’ve been in Healthcare. This is the worst of healthcare. 30 hours and the “ agents” say, “ we have escalated this to the “ healthcare team “. They will call in the meds in 1 hour. 30 hours later and after calling every 4 hours to get the same BS, still not done. What kind of healthcare negligence is this? Who owns this company? Shape up or ship out. I’ve always been a patient and consumer advocate. Heed my warning, go elsewhere. There are other online options. Save yourself that headache. That sort of behavior by a healthcare company needs investigation, it’s way below not only what they promise but also is unethical. They’ll however not fail to be right on time on the monthly auto draft. Still waiting for the meds to be called in as I type this review.

Take your money and do not help! Stay away. Many better options out there.

Enrolled at 8:30am, they debited my account immediately. Then advised they couldn't call because I didn't have a US number - I'm Australian holidaying in Hawaii and got a UTI. They're an online company, you'd think they'd be able to incorporate something as simple as Skype into their business model. After much email backwards and forwards got radio silence. Sent an enquiry as to whether or not my prescription had been sent to the nominated pharmacy - took an hour to reply with " your chart is in a queue and we'll send confirmation when the prescription has been sent". Well almost 7 hours later no prescription. Disgusting service. Do not use
