I would give zero stars if I could they took my money and never showed up to help I waited 6 hours to see doctor and never heard anything I think this is a medical scam. I have forwarded this complaint to DHEC in SC.they shouldnt be allowed to practice anywhere if they treat there patients this way. Every patient is just as important as the next.

Tested positive for Covid and tried using them to get a prescription for paxlovid. They were very happy to sign me up and charge my credit card and then they 100% ghosted me with zero response to emails, texts, online chat. Good thing it wasn’t a time sensitive issue. Oh wait.

Never got to talk to a real doctor. Their phone breaks up so you hear every other word. Waited 2 hours for call back. Then another 2 hours to get a text saying I needed to call them. Waited 20 mins on hold to get hung up on. Called them back as a new customer an they picked up within a min. So the only give a crap about new customers. Told them again what I needed. They said they would talk to a doctor and get back with me. Then 40 mins later got a email with a refund and no answer why... biggest waste of time. Mdlive is the same price if not better and you talk to a real doctor who will listen to you and not ask you 20 questions with the only answers can be 1 2 or 3. Stay away

Tellmd was worthless. I did a COVID test, and showed positive. I contacted tellmd to get a prescription for paxlovid. After everyone else in the family had already received theirs, I still had not heard back from tellmd. Finally in desperation I used a different service and got my prescription. Today, I finally heard back from tellmd. Not your prescription has been sent, but “we hope you are satisfied…”. I checked, and FINALLY, the prescription had been sent. — sometime after the pharmacy closed last night. I was never notified that Tellmd had sent the prescription. I will never use or recommend Tellmd to anyone.

A doctor's call to me within an hour of sign up was advertised. I ended up getting a text over 2 hours later asking for photos of ID, selfie, etc. After sending those back 30 min later, got no response. Called and asked what was taking so long, they said they would expedite it. Then nothing until the next day. I called them again in the morning, they again said they would expedite it. Then a text came along for a photo of current prescription and I sent that back immediately. Waited another hour plus, nothing. Called again, they asked more questions and said the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy within an hour and I'd get a text. Over an hour passes, nothing. I call again, they say they already sent the prescription but weren't going to text me until the pharmacy confirmed it was ready for pick up. I called the pharmacy, who had no record of any prescription actually being sent after looking around. I gave up. Several hours after that, they texted saying the prescription was ready for pick up. Over 24 hours from sign up. And each time I called them I had to try multiple times to get through.

DO NOT USE. POTENTIAL SCAM. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS. I signed up, completed my account info and payment info and was charged the one time fee of $79.95. I was promised a call within 15 minutes - after 2.5 hours I called and they had no record of my account, even though I had the receipt info. I tried to sign into my account to make sure there were no mistakes on my part and found that it is impossible from the website. The username and password I created were pointless. They take medical info, address, and lots of other info without giving you a chance to change or erase it. I spent over 3 hours trying to get in touch after my first call, when I found this out, but I belive they blocked my number. The first call was answered almost immediately and then nothing after I complained. I believe this is a scam. They are in it for money and not health. I was eventually promised my money back but I have no real hope it will happen.

Didn’t get good service. It has now been 4 hours and endless excuses why a doctor hasn’t called us back. They are stating the doctors have reviewed our request and something will be called in without even speaking to a doctor. My husband is sick and we need help. Paid 80 dollars. Should have looked at the reviews first. Not recommended. Were quick to refund our payment but now we wasted a whole day waiting when he could have had treatment.

BEWARE. SCAM SCAM SCAM… I signed up on their website at 8:30 pm and they immediately charged my card $79.95. It said a physician would contact me by 11 pm. At 11:20, I called and customer service man said the doctor that “reviewed my medical information” was not licensed in my state. He said another doctor would call in a prescription any moment. I stated that I wanted to talk with the doctor but was informed this particular doctor DOESNT MAKE PHONE CALLS, ONLY TEXTS OR EMAIL but would send in a prescription to my pharmacy. I asked if this “doctor” was in the United States of America (take a hint) and he said yes. It’s 3 am not a peep. I just cancelled my debit card and now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone! I will be reporting this company as fraudulent everywhere I can think of.
