Nope !
Started great, but they had me paying monthly when I wanted yearly, took 7 months to get it cancelled and they wouldn't help me at all switching it from monthly to yearly without it being a huge hassle. I don't recommend them.

They told me I would receive a call within two hours. I paid 79.95. I called them after 5 hours and some lady who did not speak English well told me that I need to send them pictures of my medication bottles. I asked why no one contacted me and let me know that I need to send pictures of my medication bottles. They did not call me- I called them. The lady would not let me speak but kept talking over me. She said they would contact the Pharmacy and give me a call. She tried to make it sound like it was my fault for not sending the medication bottles pictures. This is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews better

They advertise a callback and a virtual visit with a doctor or prescriber within 60 minutes. After two hours I called they said I’m in the que give it just a little more time. I waited another hour and called. They said They’re almost done with you. Don’t worry. I waited another hour and called. This time the girl that talked to me said there were many in front of me and she wasn’t able to tell me how long it would take and there is no way she could advance me sooner. Because I gave them 5 hours of time, I couldn’t get to the urgent care facility before they closed and I couldn’t get the prescription before my pharmacy closed. Then someone the next day texted me to make sure my visit went great. Ugh! It just shows there systems and business practices are shotty. It ruined my day. If I could give a zero I would.

Scam. Waited 5 hours, 20 phone calls, lies that I was in the front of the line. I still got nothing. Terrible

TelMdFirst advertises a telehealth service which makes doctors available within two hours but it failed to fulfill this promise to me. I made an appointment and paid the service fee several DAYS ago and I NEVER heard from a doctor, nurse, customer service, or anyone else by phone or text. On every call to customer service, I was told that customer service department cannot contact the service providers directly, they do not know what the problem is, and that the customer service supervisor is "unavailable". As other reviewers have reported, it was sometimes impossible to contact customer service at all since the live text was not functional and tel. calls were unanswered. This is unacceptable, impermissible, and dangerous for a medical services company.

Waited 4 days to get blood pressure medicine refilled…. I called daily just to be told it would “be today”, and NEVER got it! It only took them 3 seconds to get my 29.95. Quick to collect, slow to deliver! Thank God the pharmacy at day 4 gave me comp meds for 3 days to hold me until I get back into town ( over the road truck driver). If the medication is urgent… don’t depend on them, your chances of having a stroke from hypertension is more likely!

I would give negative stars if that were possible. I called over the weekend for an upper respiratory infection. I asked for the doctor to also give me an Rx for the yeast infection that always comes with taking a broad-spectrum antibiotic. When the Rx came in there was nothing for the yeast infection. So, I called back and asked if it was an oversight or did I need a second appointment since a separate issue. The person told me they would let the doctor know. NOTHING. I finally call back now that I am in absolute misery, and the Telehealth person tells me he spoke to the doctor and the doctor said he already gave me an antibiotic and that would take care of the infection. No, it is a YEAST infection CAUSED by the broad-spectrum antibiotic killing off all good bacteria in the system. I have no idea what morons these CVS people are using as "health care providers" but ANY FEMALE over the age of 15 knows that you get a yeast infection after an antibiotic and that you do NOT treat a YEAST INFECTION with the antibiotic that GAVE it to you. If I needed a second appointment then they needed to say that Sunday, not four days later when I am in agony. And the fact that any health care provider believes Amoxicillin would actually TREAT a yeast infection is absolutely mind-boggling ineptitude. STAY AWAY from these people.

Terrible. They take your money then never contact you when you need appointment. If you call you get non English speaking people. Scammres will be contacting credit card company to cancel future membership fees.
