Not a place to Trust. First you fill out an online questionnaire. Telling them your issues and giving the details they need in order to "best help you". You never talk to a doctor. Only heavily accented people that don't understand what you say. They ask all the same questions, as if what you already wrote on the questionnaire never existed. Then someone will text you to let you know that your prescription is ready. But the medication they prescribed is not what you had talked about. When you text backing and ask about the other medications. You are told "you don't need that" then you are ghosted. I'm not sure about all of them, but the people I had to deal with, were nice polite and seemed very helpful. Then what you get after the call is totally opposite of what you expect. It is cheaper than going to a doctors office, but definitely not worth the aggravation. I got the yearly deal for the household, but could have gone to the doctor for the same price. I will never use it again.

One week from today I spoke with a provider and had a prescription sent to my local pharmacy, four phone calls later and one week later I still don’t have my prescription because they had left information off the script and just keep telling me to transfer to another pharmacy where I will have the same problem. This site is a rip off!!

This was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I first off called them from Toronto before heading to Florida as we realized upon arrival to our airport hotel that we had left our carry on bag three hours away. I was quickly reassured that this wouldn’t be an issue. I could go online provide them with proof of my medications and they would call them into a local pharmacy and I’d be all set within hours. So guess what after 15 plus phone calls, no response by text, email or online chat I finally spoke to a few different people over the span of the first 27 hours and was told various stories of either it will be ready in 30-60 mins, there’s a problem at the pharmacy it isn’t us, the pharmacy hasn’t received anything from them. They blatantly lied about having followed up and faxed in prescriptions. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor and that is yet to happen. One person told me that I could only get four of the pills done she was probably the 15th person and first and only one to mention that little tidbit. So a diabetic with a heart condition isn’t important enough for telmdfirst to get it right. No one cares and here we are out of pocket the 80$ but worse than that the frustration, opposition and wasted hours of arguing to simply get what they promised to provide. I will follow up with the credit card company as I feel this is fraudulent misrepresentation. Of all the money back guarantee stuff on their site they really couldn’t care less. I had to start blocking my number when I called otherwise they wouldn’t pick up. Do yourself a favour and skip this company all together it’s a scam.

Paid the 80.00 and 4 hours went by with no call from a doctor. I call customer service and they tell me that I will be contacted shortly. 2 hours later I call back & they tell me that they're waiting on acceptance from the pharmacy?? I knew that I was ripped off. At 8:00 p.m. I call them back when I received a text saying they couldn't refill my medication. I told them I was never seen by a doctor & asked why they were misleading me for 6 plus hours. I simply wanted a refund. The foreign man yelled & told me I did see a doctor & hung up on me! So I reached out to bbb & put the screenshot of the text & my phone log. They refunded me.

Terrible Customer Service. They made a mistake on my prescription and it was half the dosage. In order to fix the mistake, they needed another payment first. Two customer service reps and both were very rude as well.

THIS IS A SCAM. FIRST THEY WANT A COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE A PICTURE OF MY COVID TEST. SENT IT. THEN THEY REPLY BACK WANTING A PICTURE OF MY WHOLE BODY SELFIE. SENT ME A EMAL TO AGREE WITH MY NAME AND BIRTH DATE .. CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND NEVER TALKED TO A REAL DOCTOR. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED AND OUT $80 .. THEY HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION NOW. FRAUDS

Wanted money up front. They are supposed to have a doctor call. No doctor ever called. I had to continuously call them over and over. Told me the prescription was going to be filled today but, instead I recieved questions that I had already answered. It became obvious to me. Now that we have your money we are not going to do anything for you. Do not use this fraudulent company. My main regret was not checking the reviews. They actually had the tried to get me in a monthly plan! No shame to their game!
