They immediately took my $80 and I asked that they provide a tele-med visit. When filling out the pre-visit online questionnaire I received a text that a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. It was not what I needed and I had to go to a brick-and-mortar urgent care the next morning for the care I needed. Don't waste your time and money!!

It’s not real, it’s a scam that put out a convincing message and response, but no follow through and it will leave you without what you need standing in line at Walgreens

Horrible customer service and falsely claim on their website that they can provide doctors notes- even states that one can be obtained within 15 minutes. However, I’ve been trying for 2 days now to get a doctors note or any type of documentation showing I had an appointment and still to no avail. When I try to call, it disconnects every time. Then the few times I got thru to an agent the agent would end up saying “bye for now!” And hanging up before my problems were solved or the note emailed. The online chat doesn’t respond. Waste of time and money.

The website said a monthly plan (30-days) would be $29.95. Satisfaction Guaranteed. I was suffering from a UTI and didn't want to wait to go to my PCP, so I signed up and saw a provider. Was prescribed a round of Macrobid for a week. That didn't help. I called back; it took awhile to get through. They then prescribed a round of Cipro. That didn't work. I ended up with interstitial cystitis because my UTI had gotten so bad because I was treated with the wrong antibiotics! All of my providers were surprised at the antibiotics selected for my treatment by the TelMDFirst providers. I sent a note to them, asking for a refund, and no one ever got back in touch with me. Then the following month, I got charged again for $29.95. I called them & they said there's a 3 month minimum, which was absolutely NOT advertised when I enrolled. I told them I was not satisfied with my care. They said I couldn't get my money back. Just another subscription SCAM!! Stay away from these CROOKS!!

I got one call and that was it. They made ending the services really hard. Not only do you have to cancel on the website, but you have to call.

If I could give telmdfirst.com a 0, I would. While on vacation, my husband got an infection and needed an antibiotic. Signed up to use this site stating he needed an antibiotic and they send an email stating they could not help him and charged us almost $80. They never even called or talked to him. Total waste of money! Just go to an urgent care.

Do not use this company. They said it would be $29 which I paid I got the medication three months later I look at my statements and they have taken out money every month without my permission.!!!! Nobody speaks English. She would not even talk about getting a refund.!!! Why would I need to pay monthly for something you need to do one time online? It’s a scam.! On top of that, they called in the medication again after I had already picked it up don’t give them your credit card or banking information

I would give telmdfirst ZERO stars if I could!!! Absolute worst Telemed website I’ve ever used!! They charged my cc $80 & I never spoke with a Dr nor received medication as I requested. On top of that I reached out requesting a refund and still 🦗🦗 I am beyond livid!!!!! TAKE NOTE:: Callondoc.com gets all my ✨ they had me taken care of within 1hr including a Dr note for work
