There were multiple calls with people that were very difficult to understand. Then they charged for the 2nd month. I cancelled on line and then received an email that I needed to call them. I was then told I could not cancel for 3 months. Misleading company!

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. I think these good stars are people who work there and it’s a scam! Spoke to a guy, who pretended I believe to be a dr. Said I would get a email regarding reviewing my perscription once we hung up and I needed to send my drivers license copy over and sign that I read about prescription for Covid. Payment was processed never got a email! Called multiple times I think they recognize your number after a few calls of asking why because then it just said leave a message and we will call you back sometime!! What sometime???? That night I canceled my credit card!! Not paying for this scam Don’t it!!

This company promises more than it can deliver. I am a retired MD and came down with COVID. I needed Paxlovid and wanted to start ASAP. I bought an annual family membership based on their promises. After filling out the online form to schedule a telehealth consult, they said I would be contacted within 2 hours. Almost 19 hours later, and multiple chat posts, as well as phone messages left, I asked for a refund. They did provide that, at least. But I lost an entire day of treatment and had to find another provider to call in my prescription. Save yourself time and frustration, look elsewhere for medical care.

Your first visit may go well, but your second visit, especially if it's early morning hours can be a nightmare !! The doctor, or whatever it was I was connected with didn't even ask me about my condition Very rude, wouldn't answer or follow through on my requests. Obviously something was very wrong the whole experience !! Not to be trusted !!

This place is total crap. You want an honest review, yes right. Places like this never want an honest review. All they really want is your money. I checked the box for a symptom they supposedly treat, it's on their list, it's on their pop up box. Waited right at 6hrs for a call. Nothing. I had to do their job for them and call them. Then the person you get can't speak the English language, so you can maybe understand the lame excuse their trying to give you. Currently waiting on my refund, see if they even do that. Money grubbing, and useless. Stay away.

They obviously don't know what they are doing. They should know about preauthorization on scripts. Now I'm left still looking for help

I reached out for a Covid prescription and requested the option not to see a Doctor unless they were opposed to prescribing Paxlovid. I had to reach out multiple times for updates as they do not provide any after the first verbal contact with you. They are slow to respond, and worst of all, incredibly rude. I know they have to make their margins somewhere, but this is not the department to outsource. The representatives lacked empathy and common manners. The last man I spoke with was the worst of all. He spoke to me like a savage and provided misinformation the entirety of the call. He told me that they did not prescribe Paxlovid to patients under 50, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he refused and said he was the only person working there. I asked him to let me speak to a doctor if that was the case, as it’s not indicated anywhere on the site, and he refused. I am feeling like death, so I will admit to hanging up on him. Not even a minute after terminating the call I receive a text from them informing me that my prescription for Paxlovid was sent to my pharmacy. Now tell me, why would he go out of his way to be rude and intentionally make me upset? This is what happens when you offshore your customer support- and to the WORST BPO you could find. For a company Mark Cuban is working with, I naively expected better. Sincerely- A Director of Customer Service
