I had the same experience as numerous people. It sounded like a good deal, and like most good deals, proved to be a scam in my opinion. I never heard back from anyone and am disputing the charges on my account for the service. I tried reaching out in September on occasions and never heard anything.

In my experience it was a complete scam. Advertised "prescription in minutes", then, after I paid $29 and answered some questions I received big bold notice I would hear from a doctor within 2 hours. I didn't. I never did. After several calls and texts, providing more info., being told I'd hear from the 'medical team' soon... 2 days later I still hadn't heard from them. I called yet again, and was told there was nothing they could do, it was up to the doctors, an "sometimes it can take a few days or a week". I went to urgent care and had my prescription in 30 minutes!

So Here we go This is my first time using this service because I have been waiting for 5 days now for a neurologist to call me that he received a referral from my doctor,nothing yet and I'm still waiting and I'm running out of my pills so I figured I'll call this service,have this service my info,they told me I will get my prescription within 2 hrs,well it's now over 3 hrs,nobody called my pharmacy,so I called tells again,they put you on hold a couple of times,have me the wrong number for the doctor to call me,I had to call back 3 times already until I finally spoke to a health official,they said my prescription will be filled within 30 minutes,so it's now 2:10pm,I'm going to wait until 3:00 and see what happens,I will write another review Keeping my fingers crossed

Took too long for prescription and then no pain medication for face swelling and toothache only prescribed augmenting after over 8 hours of waiting pd 80.00 for nothing

Like others before me I’d give zero if I could. They never contacted when they said they would and I could never talk to a doctor. I tested positive for COVID and asked for Paxvolid. I had it before, no problems and it worked. After 4 hours and 6 calls they send me a prescription for Lagevrio which has an efficacy rate that is less than a third of Paxvolid. Plus, their discount card means it will cost me $600 instead of the $10 for Paxvolid. They promise timely action and deliver on none of it.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Like others have said I requested a call and just received a text saying they’ll send my prescription but they never spoke with me to figure out what I needed prescribed. They said you’ll hear from us within 2 hours and I never received any calls. This is not reputable for people who need immediate assistance.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I never received a call from the physician like I selected nor did my prescriptions get sent in. Going on 24 hours now and all they have done is take my money.
