Questionable practioner
Interviewed by someone who is not the practitioner filling the prescription, resulted in a treatment that was inadequate for what was conveyed to the interviewer. I had to ask them for a different treatment plan.

Refill took 8 hrs, process took long

Needs do better. Transferring prescriptions is too tedious and requires the patient to get involved in all the administration. Not acceptable when a patient is paying a monthly subscription. Do better. Other than that it’s a very good professional service

Theyre inconsistent, rude and it seems too difficult to get an RX to your pharmacy. I suffered thru them for months , every month a major hassle. Simply Incompetent. Their CS is good but the workers themselves, not so much.

Have used TelMDFirst 5 times before and have been extremely happy. This last time I initiated contact through their 888 number after signing up for monthly plan, this was 830 am. my info was taken and about 20 minutes later i got a call from them. This was an intake person I guess ( they don't tell you their roles). I told her I wanted to speak with the doctor this time and she said since it was Saturday it might be 9 or 10 o'clock. No problem this shortly after 8:30. At noon I have heard back from no one so I called the 888 # again and was told the MD covering my state does not call the patients. Why is he/she employed by them? She told me she would forward my contact again and text me back. I did not receive a text back and as I was getting ready to call them again at 1:15 my Rx was texted to me. Very different experience than my previous ones.

I am still highly sus about this company but in the end recieved a perscription for my anxiety meds. My first appointment request i said i wanted to speak to a doctor and message said i should hear from someone within 2 hours. 4 hours later after not getting any communication i submitted another appointment request this time i indicated that i didnt need to speak to anyone. 2 hours later i got a stange call from a call center asking if anyone had reached out to me or not. I said no, they proceeded to tell me my perscription had been sent over to my pharmacy. So overall mixed feelings and very little trust for the ethics of this provider but content that i recieved my meds.

I thought the process took too long. I filled out the questionnaire at 3:00 and received prescription at 6:00. The pharmacy is closed now so I will have to wait until tomorrow to start the medication. I also asked for a refill on another medication but didn’t hear any answer to that request.
