I signed up for the monthly subscription and the first time I put in a request for a prescription i received a text saying id be contacted in a few hours. I waited two days abd finally texted and left a message on the site. There was still no response. Finally, 8 days later I put in another request because the pain got worse and within 2 hours I had a prescription.

Run from this company. Do not use them no matter how cheap they are. I’ve used this company since February. It takes forever to get a response. A month ago I sent them a message get a refill on a prescription. As of today, haven’t heard back from them. It’s ridiculous. I canceled my account with them. I end up going to a local doctor and got the refill. Never again I will use them.

First experience was seamless and amazing. However, you have to sign up for a few months subscription, which I was cool with at the time (thinking they’re amazing). Second month in, referred my husband into it and tried to log into my existing account. Oh my!! The issues with their site and user flow is shocking. There’s no user-facing flow for accessing existing accounts. I’ve been told by call in support (no one responds to their msg support) that people just need to call support to get a link sent to them to log into their account. Really?? I’m paying a monthly fee! With that said, once you can get over the ridiculous hurdles, it was a great service. I run a tech company and asked to put in a tech support ticket for the issue and I was told they don’t do that, which make me wonder if this is a screwed up business model?

They advertised that a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy within 2 hours. It took more than 4 hours.

The entire process took way too long! On top of that, there were 3 different numbers texting me with questions and then they went totally silent for over an hour. I finally called and was told they were working on my meds. Not sure what that meant (could barely understand the lady on the other phone). I called my pharmacy and learned that I had prescriptions ready. Still never got a follow up from them so it's a good thing I called or I'd still be sitting here waiting. I won't be using them again.

I am giving two stars because the “doctor” did get with me fairly quickly—about 2 hours, I think—and sent in my Rx quickly as well. While the process of getting a prescription was okay, I had a shady feeling. The follow-up on getting a copy of the medical record or a diagnosis-coded receipt has proven to be a headache. I was told they don't release medical records to anyone, including patients, and they don't give receipts/bills with diagnostic codes, so my shady feeling seemed to be on target. I informed them I would do a Chargeback and file a complaint with the licensing board. They promised I would have my medical record of the visit by 2 p.m. today, but I do not. I have called and emailed several times. I actually got a phone call from their apparently offshore customer service after my request today. They wanted to know why I wanted my medical record. Are you kidding me? It's none of your business. It is time to file a complaint with the medical licensing board.

I signed up for this service in an urgent situation where I needed antibiotics before a trip and was not able to be seen by my primary doctor. I was a little surprised/concerned when I got a prescription with no phone call from a doctor, but happy nonetheless. Trying to cancel the service now and the only options are pay for 2 more months or pay a cancellation fee. I checked again and nowhere was it visibly stated that a monthly subscription required 3 months of commitment. I would have found another cheaper 1 time option if I had known and I recommended looking at other options for anyone else in my circumstance.

First visit was great. Got a subscription with monthly payments taken out but no response when I tried to contact them. Ripoff. Tried to contact them several times and still no response.
