Terrible money grift. They try to lock you into lengthy plans. You fill out a cancellation form online. Then, they force you to call and talk to an agent who attempts to persuade you to stay. I repeatedly kept telling my agent to cancel the service. The agent hung up on me. Terrible customer service and process. Regret ever signing up for it.

I had a telehealth visit where I requested to speak with a doctor before getting my prescriptions. All I received was text asking questions about how I was feeling. I specifically answered one of the questions saying that I wanted to speak with the doctor. I never got a phone call, I simply got a text saying my prescriptions had been called into the pharmacy. After giving up on speaking to a doctor, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication‘s. I was told by the pharmacy that my prescription had been canceled. I called back to have my prescription fixed, as I never asked for it to be canceled. It’s been hours and I’m still waiting.

I have a sinus infection . Paid the fee to talk to a doctor and Prescriptions . They prescribed amoxicillin and Flonase. After a few days I have no improvement in symptoms so ai called back to see if the doctor would call me and prescribe something else . They never responded or called back . I called two days in a row requesting a call back. They just took my money and didn’t care enough to follow up or simply prescribe a better medication.. We will not use them again !

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an online “doctor” situation, of which I’ve had many. Not only are the people answering the phone completely uninformed but they’re extremely rude and offer no solutions. Whatever you do, do not waste your time or money with this service.

What do you think about a dr that tries to prescribe zofran because you vomited once 4 weeks ago. When you remind them of this they send you a book of questions proving once again they don't even read your text about symptoms I have cyclosporasis parasite for a month and they will not help or honor my request for a refund. My husband has the same thing and never mentioned vomiting in his dr consult and they offered him the same treatment zofran....can we say quack? Still waiting on both our refunds after over 3 hours update 7 a.m.I received my refund but my husband hasn't heard anything since he refused zofran since he last vomited 30 days ago. No reply or refund. Husband never heard back about his request for medical help they just sent a refund today.I really think this business is not legit all they seem to do is prescribe zofran I don't know how that treats Cyclospora parasites

I called to get a simple Rx. They took my inofrmaiton and told me a provider will call. That was 9 Am. 5 PM and inspite of repeating attempts no one called me. I'm sick and I need to go to a doctor now. Everything they promise on their website is a lie: Priority customer service. - nope. I contacted chat twice and spoke on the phone, and all they said is "we'll get back to you". It's been 7 hours. Phone, video or text 24/7. - not true. No sms. And the chat answer is "we'll get back to you". Fast track 15 minute wait. - LIE. Never again.

Terrible awful useless scam. They don’t know what they are doing and god hope I don’t have to file a complaint w the bbb

I told the doctor my problem didn’t even give enough medicine to alleviate the problem had to go To see a real doctor and he also agreed the previous telemedicine doctor was insufficient
