I do NOT recommend. I had a burn. Had seen dermatologist, but it was getting/looking worse. Called but got no help but was somehow signed up for a YEARS SUSCRIPTION! I got out by immediately contesting that. Canceled. For calling & telMD signing me up, I'll pay at least $40 & lots of time & aggravation. Ño help for me.

Scam, don’t waste your $79. No one has called and the text message they sent accomplished nothing.

I used telmdfirst so that I could get a prescription for Paxlovid. The service itself was helpful in that my primary care clinic was closed for the weekend and I didn't have to go to ER. My problem with this service came after when I used a medical credit card to pay for my treatment with them. The card service needed an itemization of their treatment and I found out that telmdfirst does NOT provide this information as a matter of company policy. They did provide a recept of payment, but nothing more. This is medical treatment for me and I have a right to have that information. This "service" is just another example of why private industry and healthcare do not mix.

This company is a sham. I’m shocked they haven’t been shut down. You never get to talk to a doctor, even through you are constantly promised a call from one. They take forever to call in meds. I requested something for anxiety and they just texted me a list of 10 different medications asking which one I wanted. Asked for a call from a doctor to help me make an informed decision, but that wasn’t an option. If you want a real doctor and health assessment, this is not where it’s at!

I called for refills on blood pressure & diabetes because I had run out the day before. I called at 3:00pm & was told I would hear back shortly. I received 2 texts messages in the middle of the night asking for pictures of my medicine bottles & blood pressure readings. At 6:23am, I received a text saying they were sending my information to their medical team. Then I waited another 8 hours and I called them to check on my refills. The woman apologized and said she would reach out to their medical team and get back to me shortly. That was 3 hours ago. So it's been 28 hours and I still do not have any refills.

Called first thing in morning. Filled out online form. Needed a prescription called in for infection. Recieved form stating I would hear from Dr. Within 2 hours.3 hours later Recieved form telling me they appreciate my enrollment in their program and doctor would contact me "sometime today"#. 2 more hours request for a picture of affected area. Send it to them. Nothing. Call them using listed phone #. Guaranteed call center in Mumbai India. Sir we understand your frustration, we are doing everything we can to get your case resolved. Subsequent calls same as. When I pointed out wasted a whole day, they never answered my calls Amy more. Never got prescription. ..

So much was wrong. It’s as if they are requiring the fee just to collect your info. They did refund but didn’t bother to let me know there was no doctor available to prescribe or diagnose based on the thorough description of my symptoms. I was given a refund but they have a significant amount of info now.
