They took your money immediately but didn’t provide the service as quickly. They said I would receive the prescription within an hour, but I ended up having to search for open pharmacies myself while they did nothing. I’m still waiting for the prescription, and now all the pharmacies are closed. No hope for compensation, of course. If possible, avoid them altogether.

Scam don’t use them
Scam don’t use them. I paid for a tele medicine visit and never got a call. When I called them I spoke to a person in India. I cancelled the appt and asked for a refund. Next day I receive a message from Walgreens that meds were submitted for pickup. Mind you I never spoke to a doctor.

Under 1 hour? No, 17 hours is the wait time here.
I don't typically give bad reviews. But I feel it's irresponsible to not share what happened with this site. I got a uti and it was Saturday night so I was considering urgent care at first. But the ones in my area were all closed and I can't afford a giant emergency room bill. So I found telmdfirst and chose to pay for the 1 month subscription for 30 bucks. The main selling point was that I would be treated (seen, spoken to, meds called in. Whatever) in under 15 minutes. One place on the site said 15, one said less than an hour, but I digress. After a couple hours passed I called them and was told the doc was reviewing my case and that I should keep the line open. Another hour went by. I called. Same story. This all started at about 9 pm. I stayed up all night expecting to hear something, anything, but to no avail. I called again at about 6 am. This time I was told the doctor was not even signed in yet, so my case was not being looked at like they said the night before. Again around 9am I call, this time being told that their patient volume was very high bc of the holiday and they would expedite my case and i should hear back soon. So now it had been 12 hours. I called again at 1030 am. This time she said give them another 4 hours. So I did.... about 2 pm I got 3 texts with a link in each to go see my treatment plan. But they managed to f that up too, as when I logged in the site no longer recognized my email address. I called and waited on hold this time (for the first time even though they were so busy?). Finally got a staff member and told them i need my money back because they grossly underestimated the wait time which enticed me in the first place. 17 hours. 17 hours I waited when they say it's less than 1. I'm dumbfounded at the breathtaking lack of accountability here. Alas, I will have to wait (imagine that) until a supervisor is in before I can possibly get a refund, because the guy i talked to said he "couldn't " because I apparently need to understand that the holiday was the problem here. One simple sentence expressing the possibility of much much longer waiting periods during holidays on their website and I would be understanding. They are quite simply scam artists that are totally ok with lying to people who are there for a health related issue. Disgusted. Im no Karen. I am understanding about things like this. But I was repeatedly lied to, and that is unacceptable.

Ghosted and locked out of account
Signed up for one time visit for a toothache and paid. After being assured I could get a prescription of "any" medication I was given a list to choose from without even speaking to a doctor. The list was 5 medications that all included over the counter medications like Tylenol 500mg, ibuprofen 400mg, and one was ivermectin??? For a toothache??? I think that is de-wormer. So, I explained in a text back that my insurance will not cover medications that can be purchased OTC. Besides I am paying for a health professional (not a wal-mart shopper). They ghosted me and locked me out of my account. I would stay away.

This is a scam
This is a scam. It advertises 24/7 doctor availability and 60 min or less call. I used the service instead of driving to an urgent care when I was sick. No one called so after about 90 minutes I called their customer service line and waited 10 minutes not wanting to leave a message, and listening to the service countdown my place in line. When it got to me, it forced me to leave a voicemail anyway and no one called back on that either. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card provider. Don’t use this.

Called about a condition
Called about a condition, they said 4 times they couldn't help me, but they charged my credit card before I ever even told them my problem. Then it was, we can't help you, we can't help you, we can't help you! But they sure helped themselves to my credit card.
You will NEVER see a DIME. I will start by using the CPC. Then inform my credit card about you scam, they contact the IIInois Attornies General, then my congress person in PA then your's. Charge credit card up front? Watch scam BOY! I like a good coming out party with a scamer. I also charge my CC# scammer.
