Several weeks ago I caught the flu with a persistent cough since, Didn’t want to wait several weeks for an appointment ( walk in clinics full) so I reach out to tellmd to prescribe meds to get over this. After paying all seemed to go well getting meds and taking for a week straight, about half way through I could tell there was no change but continued till completed and then texted twice waiting for response on what to do now, with NO response I decided to call after several days waiting and reached a guy that I could barely understand (from another country) told him the problem that I needed to speak with the doctor again to try another med and he told me I would have to pay in full again. I explained again the situation that I have already paid and just needed a follow up with the doctor.To no avail I was told I needed to see a real doctor anyways . So all in all it was a very big waste of Time and Money. Don’t get ripped off by these scam artists like I did.

The worst. Don’t waste your time and money. You can get through an urgent aide faster and a doctor from here will not ever call you. Even if you request it. They didn’t even read the list of medicine I was on and just prescribed the same one. Also, still don’t have any medicine and it’s been 7 hours.

Liar stay away rip-off stay away beware

I called at 12:47pm requesting antibiotics for an abcessed tooth, plus diflucan after the antibiotics. 2 hours later I got the diflucan with orders to take it after antibiotic was completed, but the doctor didn't call in the Augmentin. After 3 phone calls explaining the pharmacy closes at 6 I still don't have my prescription at 5:50 and you better believe i am very angry. $79 paid. DO NOT USE this company!

absolutely horrible. Do not think you are going to be able to speak to a Dr. because you can't. Looks to me like it's a scam. Got one prescription filled w no refills. Now time for a refill and the new Dr. that sent this script in is not on my Insurance carriers authorized list and I have to pay out of pocket. Called in to the "OFF SHORE CALL CENTER" and was told that I cannot speak to a Dr. which got me thinking," how are you supposed to get diagnosed if your sick and use this company. And the 100% Guarantee they claim they have. Yeah, that's not correct either. Take my word for it....HARD PASS, Scam

Absolutely a waste of money. I waited all day long for a phone call. They asked me two questions over a text and sent in my prescription for my toddlers skin infection. The pharmacy didn’t have all the information it needed. When they tried to reach out to them, they couldn’t reach the doctor. So I didn’t actually get a prescription from them. I really wanted to talk to the doctor. But they are unable to produce a doctor to speak to. When I called customer service to ask, what was going on the man had an Indian accent and totally flipped out at me and got defensive and hung up the phone. They have not responded to any requests for a refund. And in order to cancel you have to go through a whole process and request it. You can’t just manage your own account.

Overall just very dissatisfied with the care I received. Be aware, you may find yourself not able to speak with a dr as they are not 24/7, as they claim to be. I never would have spent all the time I did completing multiple forms of information and then paying the amount I did for the service I received.

Bad customer service and the doctors are not very knowledgeable. They tried to prescribe me a prescription that was $1600 dollars I mean come on who in there right mind would pay that? Then I played hell trying to get them to change the prescription and got nothing but attitude and push back and they also are promoting better reviews on trustpilot on their website than what they actually have so that's a problem as well. Just not a professional business. I would not recommend them at all.
