I’ll start by stating it takes a lot to get me to visit a Doctor and when I do, I feel very uncomfortable due to past experiences. An incident happened that caused me to need a doctors attention so while searching the listings in my area, I came across the listing for TelMDFirst. Naturally I was intrigued due to matters mentioned above however, I was skeptical that an online doctor could provide adequate care. After reading the information on the website and noticing the cost was still less than what I’d pay for a deductible through my insurance, I figured I’d give it a shot. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the attention I received and how thoroughly I was evaluated. The entire process took less than an hour (they do mention it could take a couple hours but still less time than I’d spend driving to and waiting to see a Dr IF I was even able to get in that day). Considering my mother is an RN, I had a pretty good idea what treatment I would have needed so, when the outcome was exactly as I suspected, I was thrilled that I have now found the new method of receiving medical care. With all that said, I’ll mention that I needed care due to my son’s tarantula escaping and finding his way into my bed and got me really good. Come to find out, I am highly allergic to their hairs and waited too long to seek medical attention. That lead to extreme swelling, pain and intense itching. The doctors at TelMDFirst had me take my vitals, they requested pictures and asked pertinent questions. I received such thorough and quick care and wanted to let you know that it is definitely a new and better way to get the care we need and deserve. I had my medication and started feeling better not even 2 hours after deciding to call. I don’t normally leave reviews but I didn’t find many so I wanted to leave my experience to give you an idea of what you can expect. I wouldn’t do it any other way from here on out. It is very user friendly. I was nervous about calling, but from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors I spoke with; all were cordial and very professional. I was given the exact treatment and medications they prescribed and on the two different matters I called them for, both of my medical issues were resolved. I will definitely use this service again if needed.

Telmedbfirst is really quite easy to navigate and use. I was contacted during the time I was informed and my prescription was sent out within 2 hours.

Very very nice and answered all my questions. Very fast service . I didn’t have to wait hours for a phone call or text . I had to miss work I got my work note by email and it was sent within 30 min. My medicine was called in for me and it took no time for it to be ready. I need blood work they sent me what i needed for that to be done by email took maybe 15 min to get that email. They are very professional and on top of things! I will be doing business again w them I highly recommend them for everyone !!!!!!
