As a tourist in the USA, I found TelMDFirst online, and chose them because they had a slot for a consultation with a doctor within 30 minutes. I approached them for assistance with a script to replace medication that got lost in transit. Nearly 2 days later I still haven't spoken to a doctor, and despite various conversations with non-medical staff I still don't have a script :-(

This is definitely a scam. I got the run around all day and never spoke with a medical professional. I will now have to go to an emergency clinic.

What a joke. Spoke with the doctor, they were going to call in a script. Never did, 8 hours later I had to make two phone calls to get in touch with somebody. Then some person on the phone who’s not even a doctor asked me to describe my symptoms and then told me they couldn’t prescribe the medication that I would have to see a doctor in person. This is after the doctor. I spoke to told me everything was good and they would call in the prescription. Do not use this service. They are a scam and they took my money and absolutely provided no help whatsoever.

This is not a legitimate Telemed company. They do not have actual doctors available to speak with you. You talk to an international phone service who takes your information and symptoms, they will tell you a doctor is going to call you but no one calls. You then receive a text message with a list of prescriptions to chose from. This is ridiculous. If you need a doctors note - they only have a TEMPLATE (which they acknowledged) for 3 days off. This also means there are no physical doctors who can personalize anything. Their hours of operations are not in the USA it is very clear because they respond via text in the very late or very early hours of the day. I believe this is not an American company, it is a company working outside the USA but using US citizens to bring in revenue.

I contacted the web site, provided charge card information, medical information, and listed all my meds. At the end I received a note on the web site saying a medical person would contact me via my email. I watched my inbox for days and never received a reply, much less a diagnosis and treatment. Weeks went by and I received an email stating I had not completed the transaction, (I don't recall the exact words), but I had done absolutely everything they asked for. I assumed, wrongly, that I would not be billed the one time fee. Today I find a charge was placed on my credit card account. I paid for nothing. This company needs to be sure they have successfully fulfilled their duties prior to charging customers. I will never use them again.

Do not use this company. It is not legitimate. You will not have a timely response or even minimally helpful communication. It's like speaking into the void.Don't have anything to do with this company.

I contacted them because I had run out of my blood pressure meds. That’s on me but sometimes life gets in the way. They assured me they could take care of my issues that day. I quickly realized that my emails were being answered by AI. And when I got to speak with a human (maybe) I was lied to. After stupid reasons for not doing what they promised I gave up. I managed to get my meds from someone that actually cared. If you are considering this service run in the other direction as fast as you can. When I threatened to request a full refund the scripts suddenly showed up.

Could not get ANYWHERE WITH THESE GUYS!!! All I was asking for was a refill on blood pressure medication - and you would have thought I was asking for black tar heroine!!! They were worthless!!! Just wanted my bp med!!! One PILL!!! Plus, they couldn’t write prescriptions for my STATE!!!
