Canceled my subscription recieved a confirmation my account would not be billed any longer. Very next day a pending charge on my bank. Called and agents literally argued and would not honor my email. Refused to put a supervisor on the phone. Called back numerous times refusing to hang up they either hung up or played various different automated messages . Has me wondering how legitimate their business is ENTIRELY. Im not worried as I know my bank will refund me but I want to make sure people understand you are probably going to have to order a new debit card right after using this service because they are not going to let you cancel. SUBSCRIBERS BEWARE!

Cancelled prior to prescription being filled, due to LONG wait, however, they would not refund me. Lied to me! They even hung up on me when I disputed. STAY AWAY!!

I tried to get medicine for my hands and feet they never prescribed anything that I haven't already used everything they are prescribing is over the counter medicine which is worthless the doctor never contacted me to tell me what he is going to prescribe or how to use it they told me ask the pharmacist I wanted my money back and they refused never got to talk to the doctor and they would not tell the doctor's name they have put a block on my number so I can't call tried to call 15 times the line just hangs up every time they advertise 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed guess their guarantee is worthless and they will not give me my money back or return my phone calls

Scam! Don’t trust it! They told me i would get a consultation with a dr. I waited for over 6 hours. Nothing. Then a random perscription was sent to my pharmacy. I never spoke w a dr. It had nothing to do with my sickness. When I called 3 times, they kept saying they can’t help me. You can’t talk to a Dr. They lie. Someone random sends in a random medication and charges you. Don’t trust

I paid for the service 3 months ago. They sent my sleeping meds right away. However never had a way to log in for the ability to get a refill. Asked for tech support and they said that they would get back to me so that I can have access to my account. nothing. I asked for refund or cancel nothing. Sent email and called finally today canceled the acct but they said no refund. The worst company of telehealth I have ever dealth with!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scam. Save your money. Paid. Asked for a dose adjustment for high blood pressure. Asked to speak to the provider. Said they would call with two hours but they never called. Said they called in prescription but insurance wouldn't cover and that's because they did not change the dose as requested. They also asked me what dose I wanted instead of having a provider decide. Then they refused to refund. Very bad. They could kill someone.

The website says you get a prescription in minutes. The truth is I waited three hours and still nothing. Do not use the service. It is a total rip off.

This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time. They lie on their website about the process of how it works so you sign up. The web interface is none existent and you can’t do anything like see appointment times and make appointments, view doctors ect. All things they claim you can do by signing up for free. You can’t, not even after you pay either! You fill out the patient form and you think you can then do that but NO you can’t . They just say a doc will contact you in 1-4 hours, like the cable company! Their sales page say see a doctor in 15 min which was a lie. The way they describe the process on the sales page is not at all how it works when after you pay and get into your account. Even worse is the horrible customer service, they were very rude. Everything about this company was unprofessional and screams scam.
