I tried it for the first time yesterday, I'm not feeling well an with a few questions about my symptoms I was given an antibiotic, so today I'm resting so I would have to say I would use this service again if needed

This site is amazing. I am a nurse who has poor/ delayed access to a primary care. They have helped me out in a number of urgent situations so I did not have to go to urgent care. They are quick to respond and even helped me with a pre-auth issue I had with insurance paying for a much needed medication. I have been using them for 6 months, multiple times and they are almost too good to be true! Nothing to say but fabulous and knowledgeable

This was the easiest telehealth experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t even have to video chat! The response was within an hour and got my meds right away! Highly recommend!

Answer 25 questions…fill out your personal info. At the end there’s a place for specific requests. It did take longer to get the prescription sent in then the 15minutes it advertised. When I called them, they answered the phone though and said the got everything, they just had a lot more requests than usual. In total it was about 2:30 hours. No complaints.

After reviewing my symptoms, my medicine was prescribed . Sent to pharmacy of my choice. Was very prompt.

Had an issue with a prescription, due to long trip time to pharmacy from the mountains in Maine, the staff fixed the problem almost immediately! Joyce took care of the problem, fixed it for me right away!! Way to go!! Great company.
