Update 9/18– called to get refund today. Reiterated I had Specifically asked to speak w doctor from initial contact. Even when I called to complain last evening all they did was issue a new prescription. Not even a text to say they had done so. No phone call to say there was an human taking care of me. Can AI be taking over these sites?? Initial review 9/17: Asked to speak w doctor about poison ivy. They declined and sent request to the team that only prescribes without telephone consultation. Scam. Send a fraction of the prescription amount to the pharmacy so you have to order multiple times.

I spent more than 24 waiting for a refill order. They asked for a picture of the bootle, a picture of my test results, a picture of the refill request. Mind you that this was done after about 5 agents. Until a Chris was the last agent and he stated that I will not have my request processed. It took several calls to get my medicine ordered. And then this service omitted one of my two medicines. ! The irony is my medicines were for high blood pressure. My dealing with this company actually elevated my blood pressure.8

went to them on a Sunday yo get a prescription. called in the morning and by 11 a.m. the said my prescription would be at the pharmacy in one to two hours. it was sent around 8 p.m. after the pharmacy had closed.

We choose to use this TelMD service because I couldn’t get a Dr. appointment until the next morning so I had to choose this service or the emergency ER hospital as I felt so horrible and couldn’t wait. I said I have either the flu or Covid symptoms with fever, body aches and chills. This service called in an antibiotic which for not help with the Flu or Covid. I waisted not only the $80 for the call but also the cost of a prescription that doesn’t help me. Next morning, at my Dr appointment, she informed me that Zithromax the prescription that TelMD called in does not treat the Flu or Covid. She gave me testing and I tested positive for Covid. Like I mentioned above this service was a waist of my money.

If you are reading this before purchasing a subscription/service with TelMDfirst, STOP they are a shady ,disreputable & a fraudulent company. Prices they advertise in bold letters are never the final price and they will continue billing you after you try to cancel. Their billing is deliberately confusing & the customer service reps are rude & unprofessional. If you made the same mistake as I did, just call your bank and dispute any additional charge.
