I am traveling to a few countries overseas and I was looking for a mobile service to stay in touch with everyone at home. I read many reviews online and found an immense number of positive reviews about this company and so far I am satisfied with this service. Thank you Telestial.

I was at a, loss to know which International Cell phone company to go with. This is for a return trip to Africa, thru Dubai. After reading many reviews, I went with Telestial Ekit 4C with Activated SIM Passport. Smooth order, smooth delivery. Only one hiccup in setting up phone. Instructions did not show apicture of how or where to insert the SIM card. After much "figuring", a call to customer service, & watching a youtube video,..it turned out to be real simple. (Better instructions should be in user's guide. Now it is all good, & I have used it in USA. Can't wait to use it overseas.

Just two days after I placed my order, I received the Passport SIM card. I put it in my phone and was able to activate it right away and get my U.S. (California) number. The tracking app makes it so easy to know exactly how much credit I have, and it works in all of the countries I will be visiting this year. So I now have what I wanted, a phone for emergencies that can be reached by a U.S. number and for occasional local calls.

The app makes checking balance and recharging very easy.. little worried that they may charge data in increments of 1 Mb which would make consumed data appear a lot bigger than it is.. But we shall see.

I called and had the phone in a couple of days. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and was great to work with.
