Disappointing experience-don’t waste the time
The money for the appointment was extracted from my bank account BEFORE the actual appointment, which I found a little bit suspicious. After taking quite some time to fill out about 10 pages of required documentation very thoroughly & specifically,so as to ensure an efficient appointment & make it as easy as possible for the provider I had booked the appointment with. On the day of the appointment, a few hours before it was confirmed for, I was informed by one of the secretaries that the provider had cancelled the appointment and refused to see me. I was beyond disappointed, scared & upset. I felt betrayed that I had wasted so much valuable time filling out all these forms with all this information about me & my situation in the hopes of seeking help…only to be turned away & relayed a dismissive message from the office secretary, without ever getting any explanation by email or phone from the provider themselves! My experience made me realize this agency is not worth the time effort or money, when you may very well be turned away without speaking to a provider at all.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. You were paying out of pocket for your visit, so if you do not have insurance we do charge prior to the visit as clearly outlined in our financial agreement. However you requested us to refund you prior to your visit taking place and asked our clinician to only see you for your appointment contingent upon you receiving a medication. Unfortunately we are not able to promise any treatment to a patient prior to an actual evaluation. As a result we fulfilled your request for a refund and cancelled the appointment.

Hello, we tried to reach you prior to your appointment but could not. We cancelled as we did not want you to incur excessive charges. We were attempting to notify you that your insurance plan is out of network with our practice. Please call us back so we can discuss the cost of your treatment prior to moving forward with an appointment. Thank you.

They said “ If you have any questions
They said “ If you have any questions, please call us at 888-903-5505.” and I’m calling since Friday and the phone is not ringing, is always in busy mode. I was calling the whole day Friday and yesterday Monday and haven’t received any response. I sent 2 emails and no response back. What am I supposed to do if I want to speak with someone and no one is answering???????

Initial enrollment process is janky
This is about the initial enrollment communication. It is choppy and inaccurate. I received an email that the forms were in the portal. They were not. The digital forms are VERY repetitive, some of them asking the exact same questions on a different page. They also are missing date pickers for date fields and I couldn't enter a phone number for my emergency contact among other issues I had with them. I finished them all, received the confirmation page that they were complete a week ago and still yesterday received a notice via text that they were incomplete.
