Confusing apptmt scheduling process
The process for requesting an appointment was very confusing using telapsychiatry. You go through a third party service (Headway?) and then start receiving multiple texts and emails. One of the emails said that the provider that we selected did not have authorization to practice in my state and cancelled our appt. And then apparently they used a second service that was able to make the appt but by that time, we were receiving texts/emails from another provider that we reached out to (when the first couldn't meet with us). It was incredibly confusing for our son to navigate and we ended up being charged a no-show fee bc the first provider held the appt for us despite us having an email saying our appt was canceled. I messaged and emailed and finally called telapsychiatry protesting the charge and am waiting for an update.
