The Golf ClubReviews of teegolfclub.com

if you expect performance do not buy from this site. Received damaged merchandise. Sent multiple e mails no response until I got pay pal involved.. Had to return my club at my expense. Waiting for a paypal return of my purchase price still out 37 dollars. maybe this is Texas style: multiple emails : undeliverable. Buyer beware . They appear to not care.

Do not buy from this place. I placed my order over two weeks ago and the company has not responded to any calls, emails, or direct messages on the websites. Feels like they are no longer fulfilling orders, but are still taking in money. My next step is to dispute the charge on my credit card. Hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake I did.

Well I can see why this company is getting such bad reviews. I bought a PIng Sunday bag from them on 6/7/20. The charge hit my bank on 6/8/20 for the tune of $130.00. Got my receipt emailed to me with shipping pending. Then nothing. Tried to call them 3 times. Left very nice messages asking what the status on the bag was. Tried to email 1 time then got the email returned to me saying my email was undeliverable. Then got concerned and looked up reviews of this company online. I wish I had done that first before I bought. I am a pretty patient person and if the company just got back to me and let me know of the status whether the bag was back ordered or being directly shipped from the company then I would be ok. But with no communication at all from them I am getting concerned that I have been taken. So today I called them again and left them a message stating that if I did not hear back from them by tomorrow 6/15/20 I would be disputing the charge with my bank. And also contacting the manufacture PING. My advice right now. Stay away from this company. I buy a lot of things online and this company by far is the worst I have ever had to deal with.

This company did not send product. Customer service email was undeliverable. Phone calls were not answered no return phone calls or emails. dont buy from this company

Don’t buy from this place! They basically stole 200 dollars from me. First they sent me the wrong golf bag. Then they kept telling me they would email me a return air bill which they did not. After several unsuccessful attempts I had to dispute with PayPal. It was after that they sent me a return air bill. Then I returned it and it was signed for two months ago. No refund. Just called them and they said I should have gotten a refund from Sun Mountain. Very shady.

The company followed up with me to communicate a misunderstanding. My exchange is currently being processed currently, so far so good. Original post: The return policy says 30 days but they literally do not let you return because you have to wait for the return label and they never send it to. It is actually pretty crazy.... I ordered three months ago and after four phone calls have not received the label.

Return policy for clothing that does not fit is hard and NOT customer friendly. Thru could learn from other ecommerce vendors! Return email wording makes it sound as you are at fault if something doesn’t fit. It has to be inspected and not just returned. Return authorization email came only after lengthy conversation. No labels provided...you are on your own! Return shipping is on you too! I will never buy from them again! Buyer beware

Terrible to deal with. Jacket ordered took a long time to get. Once i got it, it was too big. I returned it. Had to call, email, call, email and call and email.....JUST TO GET A RMA for return. Returned it and ive Been waiting 5 weeks for my $150 back. Called, emailed, called, emailed....etc....had to file a case with Paypal to get my money back. Still havent gotten refund. THIS COMPANY SUCKS 100% BEWARE!!!
