Ordered permasoft all white golf gloves as pictured on the order. Ordered quantity 4 Received the order. Packaged on top. .. The all white glove we ordered! The other 3 gloves were different...black and white in an all white packaged sleeve. WANTED ALL WHITE Not happy. Trying To get someone for 2 days to get this resolved. To answer and call back. No tags for exchanges ...

I ordered wedges for x-mas present at the last minute. They were out of stock, but The Golf Club sent me the newer model, at the same cost, and had them to me in time. The communicated swiftly and made sure I had the right loft, finish, and grind. I don't usually provide reviews, but it was the kind of service you do not usually get purchasing golf equipment on line (and I buy a lot of it!). I recommend you try them!

Top of the line service!

I'm sure the personalized titalist balls are great. But despite two friendly service agents trying to help, they have yet to arrive by Christmas. Today is Xmas. The promised new tracking number (first one was wrong) has yet to arrive for the promised overnight shipping that was supposed to go out three days ago. I wouldn't review a product I haven't received but I got two requests to do so. I'm hoping to get the product soon. It was ordered on 12/11.
