Great feel and solid material make up this excellent putter. club came with different grip than what I asked for, but it is working fine for e. Suggest Golf Club review orders before they ship the merchandise. Overall I am very happy with the performance of this putter.

First customer service person I delt with was terrible. Wouldn't respond to email or calls. Second person was extremely helpful. Found a solution quickly and cost effectively

Great site. Recently purchased a used set of Ping 2014 Karsten irons, that did not have a utility or sand wedge. The Golf Club was able to get me both clubs in new condition for less than used clubs. Thanks, The Golf Club!!!

Customer Service is very friendly, the only thing preventing 5 Stars was that promised followup call backs on issue didn't happen. Had to keep calling back to get updates.

Slow service and not enough information on order status. Pricing average. Bottom line not impressed will probably not use this seller again.

Had to create a return/exchange ( my fault, not theirs) and they were very efficient and responsive.
