Joe wood was very helpful with great recommendations
Joe wood was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products we were asking about. He knew the radio we were asking for which was an older model and he made the suggestion for a newer model replacement that should give us the best performance in the same brand of radio. I felt very excited about the recommendation because Joe told us about all the products with certainty not using negativity to sell a product but answered all my questions and gave me the understanding to choose the right product.
