Complete nightmare getting what we needed. Sales person made us feel he was more than competent but was unable to meet our needs. Returns were a mess. Found a local vendor that took care of our needs within days shortly after.

We pride ourselves on striving for perfect customer service. In this case, the customer could not send us his old radios to program the new radios. We realize this is inconvenient, but in this particular, rare case, it was 100% necessary in order to make the radios work together. So, we arranged for a return and promptly issued a full refund. Given the constraints of not being able to send in the old radio, this is an ideal time to use a local dealer who can read the radio on the spot. We are glad the local dealer was able to help.
