My experience has been great. I got the wisephone 2. I ended up accidentally activating my eSIM with my other phone. So I gave them a call during business hours where Tina was great at problem solving my situation and got me set up quickly. It was pretty smooth interaction. I highly recommend them. -Corbin

Tina has been exceptional at helping me through the process of setting up my son's phone and answering all my questions about the parameters of the control I will have as a parent. She even stayed an hour over time Friday night to finish setting it up. Much to my dismay as I perused the phone over the weekend, I realized this phone does not have as much control as Wisephone 1. Our son has special needs and just having access to the "Settings" will cause a lot of ongoing problems. He is obsessive about finding ways to get on the internet, and I know he will be obsessed with all the choices within the "settings" parameter It would cause some temporary issues with his phone. I would have to call the wonderful support team at Techless to help me fix it much more than they would want to. Tina was very understanding and compassionate when I explained this to her. She is a great asset to your company.

I bought this phone for our teenaged son - initially bought the 1 GB plan. We decided to increase the GB plan but had difficulty tranfering the info by ourselves. I was trying to do it on the phone but realize now that if I did it on the laptop it would have worked fine. I was initially dealing with Tina via email who answered my questions but I had difficulty communicating my needs in a timely manner so I called the 512 number and spoke with Anthony who was SO PATIENTS AND KIND!!! I 100% recommend Techless for both teenage phone use and customer service. This company is a God-send!
