Thank you so much for your honest feedback—we’re really sorry to hear about your experience during your trip. While we’re thrilled to hear that you’re loving the simplicity of Wisephone without social media and the internet, we understand how frustrating it must have been to lose service, especially while traveling. Our current service plans are U.S.-based, and while we try to be clear before customers subscribe, international coverage (including Canada) isn’t currently supported. That said, the Wisephone II hardware is fully unlocked and compatible with many Canadian carriers. You’re welcome to use a Canadian SIM card for future travel to stay connected without switching devices. We also appreciate your note about data usage. If you came from an unlimited plan, we could see how you would become more aware of how much data is actually being used daily. Maybe a new plan with international travel options and higher data caps could be just what you need! Your safety and satisfaction matter deeply to us—and we’re grateful you took the time to share both what’s working and what isn’t.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We totally understand your concern. Peace of mind is everything, especially for parents. Did you get a chance to try out Life360? It’s available in the Tool Drawer and is a great option for location sharing and safety tracking, especially for families with college students. We also plan to explore additional options in the future.

We’re actively working on fixing the WiFi calling issue to ensure a smoother experience. We also hear you on the setup feeling clunky and the docs not matching up; we’re digging into that to make things seamless. No mistake here—this healthy smartphone is packed with great safety features and wellness goodies under the hood, which all of our current users enjoy.
