We take full ownership of the challenges you faced, from the SIM and IMEI errors to the extended back-and-forth with support. We understand how exhausting it was to deal with delayed responses and multiple support tickets, and we’re glad that Kyle was eventually able to step in and provide real assistance. We also recognize that despite all efforts, the service did not work reliably for your teen, which is unacceptable. We want you to know that we are working diligently behind the scenes to resolve this post-port network issue. This problem is rare, but it has proven difficult for our carrier team to pinpoint and fully fix. Looking back at your original case from May 2023, our records show that our team worked with you extensively to troubleshoot, including sending a replacement device. At the time, the phone was confirmed to be working, and the case was closed in June 2023 with the understanding that the matter was resolved. We did not hear from you again until recently. Wisephone I has now reached its end of life, which is why we offered a generous discount and subscription credit toward Wisephone II — our next-generation device that addresses many of the limitations of the original. We truly appreciate your early support of Wisephone and your belief in our mission. While we understand you may have hoped for a different resolution, we’ll need to consider this matter closed and will not be reopening the discussion.
