Best customer service ever!!!
Best customer service ever!!!! I recently got a wisephone 2 and it was the smartest decision I have ever made! Whenever I had an issue (however small) with the phone, customer service was incredible and did not stop until the issue was resolved Cannot recommend enough The perfect device

A step in the right direction
I am so grateful I switched to Techless. The transfer of phones was seamless. Made it very easy when I started to use the Wisephone. I love the vision behind the Wisephone taking a staunch stance against the ways smart phones have not only become so engrained in our culture but has created a worldwide obsession. Phones should be functional and that is what the Wisephone is.

It was worth it.
It was challenging for us to get set up initially but, once we did it was worth it. My daughter is more productive and has been more rested.

Techless customer support is not Tech Less.
The Techless customer support team is what has made my transition to a dumb phone stand out. There certainly have been instances of frustration and that has been met with OUTSTANDING customer service. I appreciate Kyle and Josh and all their hard work. They have been available every step of the way. When I have an issue that cannot be resolved through email, I have received phone calls to ensure I get what I need. I truly do appreciate what Techless is doing in this space and what they are moving towards with the Wisephone II.

I love the wisephone II and techless
I love the wisephone II and techless! this was a great option to give my teen a phone so she could have limited access to calls an texting, but also a camera and music. thank you!!
